SALUME BEDDU is a small, artisan company, dedicated to the craft of Italian and European cured meats, fresh sausages and regional Italian specialty food items. They pride ourselves on using only the highest quality natural, local and fresh ingredients in all of our products. Each salume is artisanly spiced, hand tied and perfectly cured to produce traditional style salumi with a New-World twist. The Italian Salsiccia is perfectly spiced to accompany many family dinners and the specialty items are wonderful additions to your upcoming dinner party.

Mark Sanfilippo opened Salume Beddu in the spring of 2008, with a vision of creating the finest Italian Salumi and Fresh Salsiccia. Salume Beddu has been a dream of Mark Sanfilippo's for several years. Cary Exler joined Salume Beddu in February 2011. He has covered every facet of the kitchen, opened several restaurants and taught himself the intricate art of sausage making and whole curing.
