The Fromagerie Henri Hutin was founded in 1922 by Henri Hutin, Master Cheese Maker in Lacroix-sur-Meuse. Thanks to his know-how, the cheese plant has never ceased to evolve in the production of Brie. One of the best examples of this famous French creation.
