This semi-hard gourmet cheese is Marcoot Jersey Creamery’s version of Gruyere. Similar to Gruyere, Heritage is sharper and has a distinctive fruity taste. Fantastic in a risotto and fondue! Aged a minimum of 12 months. Made with A2/A2 milk!
